At Key Stage 4 students follow a combined Literature and Language course leading to several possible qualifications: IGCSE Literature and IGCSE English as a Second Language or IGCSE First Language English.

The main focus for lessons is the study of literature texts through which students hone their language skills. Students study poetry, prose and a drama text.

We aim to inspire a genuine appreciation of literature and to equip students with complete confidence and expertise in their use of English, whether native or non-native.
