SECONDARY SCHOOL ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE
Although The British School of Barcelona is non-selective we have to ensure that any student who joins us, has a suitable level of English so that they can make good academic from their first day at school. In order to join the secondary school we need to have the two most recent academic school reports.
Parents should complete and return the necessary paperwork, including reports from the previous school. If a place is available, an appointment will be made for parents to visit the school and for their child to see the Head of Secondary. At this point potential students may be asked to sit an English exam or exams specific to the subject areas they wish to study depending upon each child’s individual application. These exams will be appropriate to the year group they are in.
