This year we are organising our 2011 sponsored run/walk in aid of the Save The Children project to help the children in Congo.

It will be held at the Olympic Canal on Saturday 12th November between 10.00hrs and 12.30hrs.  All children and their parents and friends can volunteer to take part and we are sure that this will be a fun morning with a purpose for everyone.

Participants are asked to run or walk around the canal – approximately 3 kms. – once or more depending on age and fitness! It is not a race or competitive in any way. Before the run the participants should ask relatives or friends to sponsor them for each kilometre they walk or run.

This event is open to pupils from 3 –18 yrs. with the condition that all children from Early Years and the Primary department are accompanied by an adult.
