Education authorities from Castelldefels´ local government came to BSB to visit the new facilities and learn more about the British education system.

 

Santiago Barona, Education Councillor; Eulàlia Viñals Bisbal, Head of the Education Section and Jordi Ronda León, Head of the Intermediate Education Unit were given a guided tour of the school´s buildings by the Headmaster, Dr Josep González, and the Managing Director, Luis Farrés who explained the key principles and values of our educational philosophy.  

 

The group visited several clases in Early Years, Primary and Secondary, including ICT, English and the Science Labs. They also saw the dining room, the gym and our multi-sports playing fields.

 

The councillors were particularly impressed by the size of the school – over 800 pupils this year – and its modern and spacious facilities.

  

“I feel passionate about education and it was great to be able to share our philosophy as a school with the local authorities”, commented Dr González.
