Engaging May beach volleyball tournaments

Volleyball is one of the most accessible, entertaining, and engaging participatory sports for all children. No wonder the latest Beach Volleyball Tournaments taking place on the beach of Castelldefels on the 9th and 16th May set numerous attendance marks!

The high interest of our students in participating in all the tournaments and sports events that the school organizes almost every week definitely rewards the hard work of the teachers and coordinators planning these, and it absolutely praises the students’ inclination towards developing lifelong healthy habits that will translate into greater confidence and improved social skills, both including cooperation and leadership.

The beach volleyball games were open to students of almost all ages, who were organized into 5 different categories, namely Pre-Benjamin (Years 1, 2 and 3), Benjamin (Years 4 and 5), Alevin (Years 6 and 7), Infantil (Years 8 and 9) and Cadet (Years 10 and 11). This made the event so much more enriching for all the school community gathering young and old alike for a common purpose: Have fun!

It was a great morning for pupils, parents and teachers who competed with other local schools in the area and shared their enthusiasm for outdoor team activities.
