BSB Parents Learn Healthy Eating Habits in School
On Thursday, 10th March, Ms Santiago, Cuina Gestió’s nutritionist at BSB, ran a parents’ workshop based on healthy eating habits as a new activity in the BSB Family Club calendar.
Cuina Gestió is the Catalan food company who prepares the school meals on site in our own kitchen facilities. They designed this activity as an informative session to guide parents on how to lead a healthy lifestyle and how to pass it on to their children, whether at school or outside.
It was a very interesting talk, and the parents who attended showed a genuine interest in their children’s nutrition and in how they should eat on a daily basis.
Ms Santiago said “I’d like to thank all the attendees for their commitment on this relevant issue and also to remind all parents of the importance of following good practises at home and setting an example to develop lifelong healthy eating behaviours in their children”.
