On Saturday 30th April the British School of Barcelona hosted the second BISA mixed 7-a-side football tournament for children in Years 5 and 6.
The tournament involved some of the schools from the BISA (Barcelona International Schools Association) group: Kensington School, SEK-Catalunya, International School of Barcelona and The British School of Barcelona.
It was a busy morning that brought together 60 enthusiastic footballers. The teams played five matches each and the top two teams then met in the final.
The two teams that reached the final were SEK-Catalunya and International School of Barcelona. When the final whistle blew, SEK-Catalunya were crowned champions. The trophies were presented by the BSB Executive Headteacher, Mr John Bell.
Last year, our Benjamin players were runners-up on the first edition of this exciting tournament.
