The Outstanding Cambridge Learner Awards programme celebrates the success of learners taking Cambridge examinations in over 40 countries around the world. Cambridge places learners at the centre of their international education programmes and qualifications which are inspired by the best in educational thinking.
The following learners at The British School of Barcelona received High Achievement awards:

- Nur R.: High Achievement Award in AS Geography
- Marta C.: High Achievement Award in AS Biology
- Thibault P.: High Achievement Award in (I)GCSE English Second Language
- Chiara S.: High Achievement Award in (I)GCSE English Second Language
- Claudia O.: High Achievement Award in AS Physics
‘High Achievement’ is awarded to learners who have achieved the highest standard marks in Country in subjects which are not so widely taken.
The Head of Secondary and Sixth Form of The British School of Barcelona said that the awards recognised the talent, dedication and commitment of both learners and staff. She said: ‘It is extremely rewarding to congratulate Cambridge learners and teachers at the BSB who have worked so hard to achieve tremendous success in Cambridge (I)GCSE and A Levels examinations. The results are a reflection of the enormous talent in BSB, not only amongst learners but also within the teaching profession. Learners from the BSB have a bright future ahead of them, and I wish them every success in their future.’
