Meals and afternoon snacks served in school are all prepared on site in our own kitchen facilities by specialised staff from Cuina Gestió, a Catalan food company founded in 2001 who specialize in the educational and health sectors.
Every month a registered dietician from Cuina Gestió plans the school menus based on seasonal, fresh, sustainable and locally-sourced ingredients, such as organic vegetables and free range poultry. This ensures that the food provided to students is nourishing and of high quality.
We cater for the wide variety of dietary requirements of our international community of students. We offer a range of different meat menus (whether specifically no beef or no pork), a pescatarian menu and also vegetarian menus.
We take care to ensure that all menus are well planned so that they meet our students’ nutritional needs.
