🤝 Congratulations to our FCBSB Alevin Girls’ team, who gave it their all in a vibrant final at the Jocs Esportius Escolars tournament last week — a great example of how competition and camaraderie between teams can go hand in hand. Finishing 2nd in their debut season is an extraordinary achievement!

⚽ Through sport, our students build resilience, confidence, and a strong sense of belonging — all while staying active and having fun.

🎽 Our Nursery and Reception children at BSB City enjoyed their much-anticipated Sports Days this week!

🎯 Across a range of rotating activity stations, they put their growing motor skills into action — from aiming and coordination to strength and teamwork — all cheered on by the best audience of all: their families!

💪 These fun, active experiences play a vital role in promoting physical development from an early age, laying the foundation for healthy, happy lives and academic performance.

🧠 Sharing our students` achievements in recent Maths competitions:

🏅 A BSB Nexus Y12 student earned a Certificate of Distinction in the Euclid Contest 2025 by the CEMC — ranking in the top 25% worldwide! Taken by over 25,000 students globally, the Euclid challenges senior-level students to apply creativity and deep mathematical understanding.

📊 In the UKMT Junior Maths Challenge, our Y7–8 students brought home:
🥇 7 Golds – including Best in School and Best in Year!!
🥈 15 Silver
🥉 49 Bronze
This challenge pushes students to think with precision, logic, and fluency — making maths both accessible and exciting.

🎭 What happens to the things we lose?

Our Early Years and Primary students at BSB Castelldefels found out during a magical puppet show by La Tendía Theatre Company as part of our Book Week!

♻️ Their performance of "La Isla de las Cosas Perdidas" sparked imagination and curiosity — and even taught us about sustainability, with beautifully handcrafted puppets and props made from recycled materials.

✨Thank you to La Tendía for such a thoughtful, creative treat!
