🇳🇴 Adventure, resilience and teamwork at its best!

🎒 Our first-ever Gold Duke of Edinburgh Award students have successfully completed their assessed expedition in the stunning Valdres mountains of Norway! 🇳🇴

🥾 After a practice expedition, the team took on a challenging four-day qualifying journey, trekking through breathtaking alpine landscapes, setting up their first wild camps, staying in a mountain hut, cooking together and supporting each other every step of the way.

❄️ Surrounded by lakes, glaciers and mountain peaks, they embraced the unique challenges of trekking in Norway — building confidence, resilience and unforgettable memories along the way.

🎖️ The Duke of Edinburgh’s Gold Award is the highest level of this internationally recognised youth development programme, challenging students to develop independence, leadership and resilience through volunteering, skills, physical activity and an adventurous expedition.

💪 We are incredibly proud of their determination, teamwork and positive attitude. A remarkable achievement for our very first Gold cohort!

🏊‍♀️ At our Castelldefels campus, pupils are enjoying access to the facilities at Gran Via Club for pool lessons, while our younger learners have been making a splash with fun-filled water games.

🌊 With stunning coastal settings in Sitges, Castelldefels and Barcelona, BSB Summer School combines adventure, creativity and learning through engaging activities that inspire confidence, connection and joy.

🌍 There’s still time to join us! Our Summer Programmes run until 31 July and are open to BSB and non-BSB students aged 3–16 across Sitges, Castelldefels and Barcelona.
