This summer, The British School of Barcelona is bringing back BSB Summer School to Sitges, Castelldefels, and Barcelona, offering children and teenagers an inspiring mix of creativity, sport, language immersion, and unforgettable experiences. Set within a vibrant international environment, the programme encourages students to explore new interests, build confidence, and make the most of every summer moment.

Designed for different ages and interests, BSB Summer School combines learning and fun through dynamic activities, dedicated staff, and access to exceptional facilities across all three BSB campuses. Here’s what makes the experience so special year after year.

Different Programmes for Every Age
Whether children are taking their first steps into summer activities or looking for new challenges as teenagers, BSB offers age-appropriate experiences designed to keep them engaged, active, and inspired.

This summer, families can choose from three programmes:

  • BSB Summer School (Ages 3–12): A mix of creative activities, sports, water games, and hands-on learning across our coastal campuses. The programme includes Summer Play for children aged 3–5 and Summer Activity for children aged 6–12.
  • BSB Summer Language School (Ages 11–16): An English and Spanish language programme for teenagers, combined with afternoon activities.
  • Campus Multiesportiu (Ages 4–12): A multilingual sports and activity programme hosted at Club Tennis Barcino in Barcelona.

Coastal Locations & Exceptional Facilities
One of the highlights of BSB Summer Programmes is the opportunity for children and teenagers to enjoy BSB’s facilities across our campuses in Barcelona, Sitges, and Castelldefels.

Students benefit from outdoor spaces, swimming pools, water games, beachside settings, and access to Canal Olímpic facilities. Campus Multiesportiu participants also enjoy the sports facilities at Club Tennis Barcino in Barcelona.

This summer, families from Barcelona can also make use of a bus transport service to the Castelldefels campus, allowing children and teenagers up to sixteen years old to enjoy the coastal summer experience.

You’re Never Bored
Every day at BSB Summer Programmes offers something different. From robotics and coding to drama, arts, sports, swimming, and creative workshops, children are constantly discovering new interests and activities.

The programmes are designed to balance learning, creativity, movement, and fun, helping children stay active and engaged throughout the summer.

More Than Full Language Immersion
At BSB, language learning happens naturally through activities, conversations, and everyday experiences. Full English immersion is integrated throughout the programmes, helping children and teenagers develop confidence and communication skills in an enjoyable way. For those looking to strengthen their Spanish, our Summer Language School also offers a full Spanish immersion programme.

Led by dedicated BSB staff, the programmes also give students the opportunity to meet new people, build friendships, and enjoy being part of an international community.
