Once again, The British School of Barcelona is proud to be taking part in the Barcelona International Community Day, the city’s annual celebration of international talent and resources. This year’s highly anticipated event will take place at the Barcelona Maritime Museum on Saturday, 25th October 2025.

This year’s edition brings together more than 80 exhibitors from across all sectors – from City Council services and public bodies to companies, education institutions, and associations — all dedicated to supporting Barcelona’s international community. Notably, over 25% of exhibitors are new this year, offering fresh initiatives, networks, and services for professionals and families who are newly arrived or preparing to move to the city.

Representing international education, BSB will stand as a reference school, serving more than 2,200 students of 71 nationalities in Barcelona since 1958. Visitors will also be able to explore the wide variety of education and training opportunities available in Barcelona.

A Family Day

But it’s not all business – the Barcelona International Community Day is also a Family Day. The programme includes a wide array of activities, workshops, roundtables, concerts, and children’s entertainment to enjoy together.

A Cornerstone for Expats

From our first attendance to now, it has been inspiring to see how this event has grown into a cornerstone for expats beginning their Barcelona journey. We look forward to meeting families once again and sharing advice on international education with the support of our Admissions team, who will be available throughout the event to answer questions and guide visitors.

This will be an excellent opportunity to learn more about our new BSB Maresme campus opening in September 2026 for Early Years and Primary (up to Year 4) and the existing offer at BSB Castelldefels, BSB Sitges, and BSB City in Barcelona for students from 3 to 18 years of age (from 2 years at BSB Sitges).
